I have had two very successful experiences with World of Books now. The first, I had been searching for two books read when I was a child (both originally published in the 1930's) but over the years had been either thrown out or lost; I found them on World of Books. Received them about six weeks later from the UK. Both books were in excellent condition, thus spent a couple of pleasurable mornings reading both and finding out why I so fondly remembered them. Very nice! The second time I was searching for recipe books for just one person --- I was tired of cutting down recipes gauged for 2,3, or 4 people! I found them on World of Books. Again, the swift acknowledgement of my order; this time my three books arrived within two weeks of my order being placed. Lovely books. Just what I wanted. I try a website once, and if they work out as honest & reliable, I patronize them again, if not, then I simply ignore them. I would recommend World of Book to anyone looking for good quality second-hand (pre-loved) books, even if the book is long out of print.
