I placed my order late on Wednesday morning and paid for 1st class delivery. Most of my books arrived on Saturday morning and were in very good condition as described. I have found customer service helpful and responsive.
My only gripe is the plastic bags that they use for postage are not any where near as good as Amazon’s cardboard.
