Having had a good experience with my first order I was happy to put in a order for three books. Two arrived within a reasonable time but the third was a no-show, I contacted Customer Service and was offered either a replacment or a refund. I opted for a replacement which was duly sent.
I would happily have given 5 stars if it were not for each email response taking 3 days.
