Cancelled my order without warning, no reason given. Had to call up to find out if it had actually been cancelled or not. No sorry at all just a rude worker saying I might have been too slow ordering the book or they didn't have the book in stock to complete the order and someone else had beaten me to it nevermind the same book was back up for sale that exact day.
Worse service ever.
