Ordered a book and received the 'Processing your order reply.' a week later I saw that my card payment had been refunded but no info or book received. Telephoned World of Books and was told book was out of stock.
Why take money for something you haven't got? Why don't you contact the customer to let them know you cannot fulfil the order?
My advice. Avoid this company
