I ordered curtains with tie backs in a butterfly print. The curtains had the printed fabric but the tie backs were plain white ( even though the photo in the catalogue clearly shows butterflies on the tie backs ) after a couple of contacts with customer services they were unable to help me. I will not be buying from Chums again. False advertisement in their catalogues.
