Ordered a pair of gents shoes When my son went to wear them there 2 shoes for the right foot - no left foot shoe Complained to Chums and eventually the shoes were collected by Evri. Chums promised to send a further pair on receipt of the returns - still waiting Customer Service most unhelpful

Quality of item was shocking returned it on 02/05 and still await my refund. But keep getting letter and emails asking questions that they should be aware of. I think the police need to look into this company as they seem dodgy

Be Aware. Found website in Motability magazine for easy pull up trousers for £17 with a Media code, got on website and picked colour and it said multibuy two pairs and safe £2 each pair. So thought I would buy 4 Pairs and bulk buy. Did not change the price at checkout so called and they said because I am using media code it will not add the multibuy offer on as can not use two media codes. Why other multibuy them. Just a scam to get you interested in buying in the first place. There loss and did not buy as to me it is a scam. Do not offer something you can not deliver. It makes it a con.

Bought 2 pairs of trousers. Wrong size and wrong material. My fault. Replaced within a week no quibble or questions. Very impressed.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers on Friday and got them Monday, absolutely knocked out by the service and the fantastic quality of the trainers, fit like a glove, this was my first order but it certainly won't be my last. Top marks.

I took delivery of 2 pairs of Woven Cotton trousers sizes 20 and 18, never sure of my size which is normally 18. The size 18 only just fit round my waist and there was hardly any "give" to allow for comfort. So i tried the size 20 to find they were about 4" smaller around waist! These could not even come over my hips as the elastic waist was so tight. Wrong size label? Pity as very nice looking trousers and leg length perfect. I am returning both for a refund. Please ask the makers to allow more stretch in this type of trouser. Account C2265531

Everything, your customer service is appalling,you do not answer emails, phone calls or letters, no apologies . I will certainly not use chums again, shame, but bad service puts me off.

Phoned to order trousers which were out of stock despite asking for different designs. Just received my phone bill and the call cost me £5 !!! So it was £5 for nothing !!! Never again.

I ordered an item of clothing from Chums on 29 March. They said it would be delivered within 3 to 5 days. I have sent them 2 emails to ask to send tracking details but have had no reply. I tried to ring them, but again was hanging on for a long time, so just gave up. They still want me to buy more from them, but, to be honest, if I receive the items I ordered, I will not buy anything else from chums. I am really disappointed with them and feel how cruel it is to treat their customers with such contempt.

Ordered track-suit bottoms for my son. He has Downs Syndrome and is a 27inch inside leg. I ordered a pair from Chums, very pleased they sold them with a 27inch inside leg. When I received them however, although the invoice and the labels said '27in inside leg', they are nothing like it. Even with the waistband pulled up to his chest, they're still about 5 inches too long. He's very disappointed. It seems odd that all the info said 27in inside leg! Do you just stick labels on the same size items and hope people wont be bothered to return them?

i sent a parcel back to chums for a refund i received an e mail telling me they had received it and i should receive my refund within ten days tried to phone them on there free phone no to complain about the delay as it has been twenty four days so far but it seems that they leave the phone off the hook i i think i will have to think seriously about using them again

Appallingly bad customer service. Requested a refund on a product they didn't send due to lack of stock and I am still waiting for a response over a month later. Do not bother as they are incredibly unhelpful and send useless automated responses if anything goes wrong. I will never order from them again.

Very pleased with curtains etc. But need to make customer aware of curtain length as are not as shown. I have just made the mistake and managed to cut one 2" too short. Curtains supposed to be 72".Not happy .

I thought that I had found the answer to buying my cloths online, but on logging into the online store, what I found was a Business Set up solely to Data Mine, in order to SELL on to other 3rd Parties my Personal information. Check out their Cookies before you agree to Shop, the List is endless who they are prepared to sell on Data with, including Tom, Dick and Harry ! Avoid, do not let them abuse you. Order no. 045600. This was allegedly out for delivery on 5/12/22 but never appeared. It now seems to be stuck in the mad world that is Evri with no up to date tracking available. I have sent two emails to Chums customer services but no response. I dont think they have even been read as I ticked send receipt when read, but nothing. Please Chums - respond to your customers instead of ignoring them. It really is not good enough.

Sent them an email about a broken zip on newish boots ! They ignored email. When a sales catalog lands on my mat , it goes straight in the bin !
