"Is this a Chum you really want?\r\n\r\n05 December ordered X2 foot stools for elderly relatives\r\n11 December opened to Christmas wrap and X1 badly damaged\r\n11 December emailed them twice explaining problem and attached invoice. No reply to either email.\r\n15 December Chums website said post back via Sainsbury's - shop not accept item.\r\n16 December rang Chums - agreed will collect parcel on 17\r\n17 December waited in all day - no collection\r\n17 December rang Chums said Hermes to collect on 18\r\n18 December waited in all day - no collection.\r\n21 December - Contacted by a Rep. and a collection arranged.\r\n22 December - waited in - no collection\r\n23 December - Item collected\r\n07 January - No further contact and still awaiting news that they received the item and when I may get my \u00a337.93 back.\r\n10 February 2022 I've still not got my refund back. \r\n\r\nThe products are very, very low quality Chinese, very expensive and, to be honest, if I ever get my money money back I will never used them again. The words 'old' 'rope' and 'money' spring to mind.\r\n\r\nI'm wonder if they also do gun fights and round-up cattle?"

"Absolutely appalling and discourteous service\nAbsolutely appalling service. My order was placed 16 December and has - apparently - been making's journey its from Liverpool to Nottingham since 17 December.\n\nEmailing the company with all the details of the order gets an automated reply asking for all the order details.\n~\nSending the order details again gets yet another gets an automated reply asking for all the order details.\n\nI note they just happen to have a 13p per minute phone line - wondering if that's the scam.\n\nReferring to Martin Lewis\n\nOrder number is 3411107 .."
