05 December ordered X2 foot stools for elderly relatives
11 December opened to Christmas wrap and X1 badly damaged
11 December emailed them twice explaining problem and attached invoice. No reply to either email.
15 December Chums website said post back via Sainsbury's - shop not accept item.
16 December rang Chums - agreed will collect parcel on 17
17 December waited in all day - no collection
17 December rang Chums said Hermes to collect on 18
18 December waited in all day - no collection.
21 December - Contacted by a Rep. and a collection arranged.
22 December - waited in - no collection
23 December - Item collected
07 January - No further contact and still awaiting news that they received the item and when I may get my £37.93 back.
10 February 2022 I've still not got my refund back.
The products are very, very low quality Chinese, very expensive and, to be honest, if I ever get my money money back I will never used them again. The words 'old' 'rope' and 'money' spring to mind.
I'm wonder if they also do gun fights and round-up cattle?
