Ordered a pair of gents shoes
When my son went to wear them there 2 shoes for the right foot - no left foot shoe
Complained to Chums and eventually the shoes were collected by Evri. Chums promised to send a further pair on receipt of the returns - still waiting
Customer Service most unhelpful
