“Ordered 2 pairs of trainers on Friday and got them Monday, absolutely knocked out by the service and the fantastic quality of the trainers, fit like a glove, this was my first order but it certainly won't be my last. Top marks.”

“FIRST CLASS SERVICE I was slightly concerned by some bad reviews before ordering items for my Mum. I need not have worried. Beautiful Net Curtains and a super quality Wilton Rug arrived sooner than expected. My Mum is absolutely delighted with her purchase so, Thank You Chums & I am sorry that bad reviews could be unnecessarily affecting your business. We will be ordering again very soon.”

“Very pleased with curtains etc. But need to make customer aware of curtain length as are not as shown. I have just made the mistake and managed to cut one 2" too short. Curtains supposed to be 72".Not happy .”

“Chums are still advertising on tv, free delivery and return but they do not say it's free when you order £50 or more. My order was £40 and they charged £5.95 fot delivery. Misleading and does that trading standards?”

“I ordered curtains with tie backs in a butterfly print. The curtains had the printed fabric but the tie backs were plain white ( even though the photo in the catalogue clearly shows butterflies on the tie backs ) after a couple of contacts with customer services they were unable to help me. I will not be buying from Chums again. False advertisement in their catalogues.”

“Be Aware. Found website in Motability magazine for easy pull up trousers for £17 with a Media code, got on website and picked colour and it said multibuy two pairs and safe £2 each pair. So thought I would buy 4 Pairs and bulk buy. Did not change the price at checkout so called and they said because I am using media code it will not add the multibuy offer on as can not use two media codes. Why other multibuy them. Just a scam to get you interested in buying in the first place. There loss and did not buy as to me it is a scam. Do not offer something you can not deliver. It makes it a con.”
