Having ordered a pair of walking boots I was amazed when they arrived that I had been sent a battered old pair with stones stuck
on to the soles and uppers which had been well used.
If they had apologised right away I would have accepted that someone had had a bad day.However it took many unanswered e mails before I got a refund.Easily the worst Company I have dealt
with ever.
