No Internet connection! When I finally managed to get past the robots after multiple attempts I got through to a call center which was obviously in India and spoke to a female whose command of the English language was suspect at he very least! Each word spoken was followed by a 1-2 second gap which I found very annoying and when she finally finished speaking she broke the connection!! I am going to treat NOW with the same contempt tha they treat their customers and simply cancel my direct debit to see if that'll get their attention! All aspects of their "service" can be summed up in one single word! "SHITE!"
