Purchased a £199 ten month Sky sports pass on 3/8/19 ,they could not get it working then or since 8/9/19.Just as bad is the complete lack of customer service,i've only been able to discover a help email address.After responding to the first 3 or 4 contacts they have given up for the next approx 7 or 8.Even pleading for their claimed technical team and senior management involvement has absolutely no effect.I have never dealt with such an incompetent company
