My favourite shakes so far. purition is fill of nutty nutrition, which can be blended as little or as much as you prefer. The flavours are divine, not too seeet as others seem to be. Very easy to whizz up and also go well with other ingredients. I blend mine with some frozen spinach, cucumber and berries to pack more goodness in. The individual packs are ideal to take on the road, to keep my diet on track. Pistachio and vanilla and Madagascar are my morning go to’s whilst hazelnut and chocolate satisfy my sweet cravings.
