I love the texture in the Purition shakes. Lots of bits of nuts and seeds, which is much more satisfying than a smooth shake. It’s great that I can order individual sachets which gives a lot of variety, which I mix with either almond or coconut milk; sugar free. Low calorie which helps with my ongoing weight loss. Highly recommended.
