I love Purition. I was introduced to it by my gym. It has helped me, through their strict regime, to lose a lot of weight quickly, but stay well nourished. A large bag lasts for ages. I particularly lovely the crunchiness of choc and hazelnut. And the flavour of the coconut mixed in natural Greek yogurt as a little dessert. I drink it in shakes with oat milk too.
