I am finding Purition a great aid in my goal to loose weight. It helps me feel full and I'm snacking a lot less, and when i do snack, I opt for much healthier options. Seeing the weight come off encourages me to eat healthier options for snacks and dinner. It's helping me relearn my relationship with food. It's so easy and quick to make and I make sure I bring it with me everyday to work.
