I purchased 6 items but unfortunately 2 needed to be returned. One was 3" bigger around the waist than described and the other was a dress missing all of the ties (1 for each arm and another for the waist).
When I tried to return I was told it would cost as much as the items were worth. Yes that's right, I would be paying for these items again but with nothing to show for it.
This is very disappointing that a company would think it acceptable to send out goods deficient of all the parts. Where is the quality control?
