My daughter ordered clothes from Shein. We paid shipping and handling when we did the order. When the package arrived in Canada is was put in hold because of Duty charges. We were not aware of any extra charges and as far as I am concerned, this should have been included in the shopping and handling charges. I had to pay another 30.00 for us to have this parcel delivered to us
I am very unhappy about this
