Shein service is a hit and miss. First of all you have no way of contacting customer service, you only end chatting with a chat bot which is totally useless. The Return service is also hit and a miss. I received my shipment and had 6 dresses and one of them is not what they shoed on website and now I am trying to return it but I cant even pull up that order under my account. I have tried to email to an address which I am not sure if anyone at Shein bothers to check emails sent to that email address. So basically I cant return that dress and I lost my money. So be prepared for these type of situations before you start placing your orders.
