I highly do not recommend Shein if you ever plan on returning something or need to get in contact with customer service. It's extremely scammy. All there is is an automated chat that NEVER helps with any questions you have. It's been this way since the beginning. Has never been fixed or worked on. Last time I had to return something I had to keep clicking to file for things that were completely different from what I needed until I could find an option to send an email out. This time I was lucky enough to find an old email and reply to it. However I have NO IDEA if I'll even get a response. Do NOT buy from Shein. Below is a photo of proof of my purchase.
