If I could give this company zero stars I would. My friend said that they really loved the store. I was very excited to give them a shot. Unfortunately the large order that I ordered was missing five items. I reported this through customer service. no one responded for over 24 hours. I had to check back in with them after a three day investigation. They proactively never reached out to me. They responded with my package was the right size and if I do reach out again my credit score would be effected. So now I am out of money my missing items and a threat on my credit score. I am so angry I am never shopping here again.
