So I originally write a bad review about Shein in regards to a missing item but feel like I need to edit my last post. Shein did an excellent job correcting their mistake and quickly shipped my missing order! For those having difficulty I highly recommend the live chat via the Shein app from GooglePlay. Customer service was prompt and very easy to work with. Overall great experience. Thank you Shein!!❤
