I must say that I was very happy buying at Shein, until I placed a large order to try on several dresses. I kept a dress that costed around £25 and I had to pay more than £40 for handling fees on my return. I wasn't aware of that as they advertise free returns. I feel scammed and very disappointed as they did hide these fees trough the purchase and return process. I tried to communicate this with the customer support several times, but they are not offering any solution, just to bare with it. They are saying that these fees are from transportation, labor wage and other costs in specific markets. What!!?? Totally disappointing and not even worth it.
