Goods were supposed to arrive between 15th and 18th December. Today is the 21st and still no delivery in sight. Buffalo Logistics do not respond to Whatsap messages, eventhough they claim its quicker and convenient. Call center non existent, but call volumes remain high? Shows on the website that my parcel has been shipped. It's on the way to me now for several days. Very poor indeed. Shein, if you see this, use another shipper. My daughter is very disappointed that she will not get her order. I get that its the festive season, but at least respond and give realistic timing. Not answering is poor on your part Buffalo Logistics. First and last time that i will order from Shein. Congratulations to those who have received ther goodies.
