They operate from Hong Kong and, despite an advertised return and refund policy, one does not seem to exist. Their website will not let you apply to return and their “Chat” and “Ticket” facilities do not seem to accept contact. Any email address you find for them does not accept mail. They seem to be cowboys. Do not use them
