I agree with others stating how hard it is to try and return goods.
Shein sent me the wrong size top (their mistake) 2 sizes smaller than I ordered. I sent photos as proof and it states I have to pay for the return.
I have not had any contact from them over their mistake and agree they make it impossible to return anything. They sent a size 1XL when I ordered 3XL have included photo as proof.
JUST BEWARE THEY WILL NOT TAKE RETURNS OR REFUND EVEN WHEN IT IS THEIR MISTAKE.....
