SHEIN Canada has no concept of customer service. I am trying to obtain assistance in returning an order that arrived last week and yet my order history is empty so I have nothing to choose in order to get my return label. The phone number is out of order and the chat bot is absolutely useless.
I will NEVER order from them again and if my situation is not rectified I will escalate my action.
