I still have two outstanding refunds that they have not refunded to my credit card. It’s been over a month. It was extremely difficult to get a hold of someone from this company. I finally manage to chat with a customer service representative, they gave me two reference number for the two refunds, but upon calling AMERICAN EXPRESS, this transaction was actually not even posted by Shein. It was 20 July when they confirmed my refund. Up to now, I still have not received it. I am extremely disappointed to say the least. Their customer service is the worst and you won’t get any support.
