Boy ... where do I start... I was sent multiple defective and damaged items. I still didn’t get my money back for most of them. They sent me wrong items twice in 3 month period and defective items almost every order. I tried contacting them via chat but apparently they stopped doing the chat and tell u to submit ticket and they will get back to u in 24 hours.... Its all a lie.... I was trying to resolve issues of them sending me wrong and defective items and they started ignoring me. On top of that they suspended my account for “ suspicious activity “ The only suspesious activities is coming from them. Now I have clothes thats damaged and defective and wrong clothes completely from what I ordered and Since I am suspended for nothing the credit money I have with Shein and points I earned by working hard on reviews...are litteraly stolen from me. The suspention is blocking me from using my own money.
