First order with Shein, I had never heard of them before. They sent the wrong item. Reached out to customer service, took item to be shipped back. Had to pay for something else to ship back in because their original packaging had a hole in it and wasn’t accepted by the shipper. Waited and waited for them to receive it and process the refund. Re-ordered the item. Wrong item showed up AGAIN. All customer service will do is give me a “free return”. That is not a solution. Why would the return not be free since this was Shein’s error?? I asked for a refund AND a reshipment. They’ve refused and say their system doesn’t allow this which is obviously ridiculous. I’ve asked multiple times to be transferred to someone who can help. They refuse. They feel like it’s reasonable to ask me to pay for a new shipping package, drive their incorrect item to be shipped, and wait until they decide to confirm it TWICE in a row. I shouldn’t have to bear all the costs and hassle of their ineptitude so that they can retain all their profits on this order that they can’t even be bothered to get correct.
