I returned products that were cheap and unusable the day after receiving items. 2/13/23. I am owed $98
Still no refund. 1st message on SHein site said processing refund, then 3 days later it said items not received, then back to processing refund.
NEVER order form these people. No customer service, just a huge run around.
User's recommendation: Skip this site!! RUN.
