If you received the items, then no need to complain.
But if you don't receive your items like me n it's damaged in transit, it's impossible to get hold of customer service as it's non existence! They don't refund and don't replace. They rob your money.
It was my first order and definitely last.
Stay away from the company. It's cheap products to attract you but if you have problems, you will never get hold of them. There is only a robot chat online which goes around in circles and you never get the problem resolved.
So frustrating and disappointing.
My goods were damaged in transit. Evri tells me to contact Shein directly.....but how?!? AVOID this company.
