I am sorry in advance to write this review. I loved most of the products which I had ordered and there was quick replacement for a damaged item as well.
But unfortunately there were 4 items from one of my order, which I had to return. The logistics / courier service people are pathetic. It's 6 days now since the day when I have requested the return process. But because the logistics / courier service did not pick the order up I tried to contact the She in customer service so that they can help me to resolve the issue. It is very sad to say that even after explaining the complete situation, the customer service says that I need to contact the logistics / courier service to schedule the pick up. Unfortunately, as they are not helping me, I contacted you guys. you were the people who assigned that particular service. So, you should be helping me out and not leaving me on my own.
This is very pathetic.
I need people to reach me out form your team who can resolve the issue for me.
