I ordered a pink dress for my birthday and was sent the wrong size. I went on the app to make sure the mistake wasn't my fault and it wasn't. I tried to get the correct size sent to me before my birthday. I had to go on Facebook in order to access the customer service chat. I was given the run around for their error. I took a picture of the dress showing the size and still they gave me the run around. In one month I spent 400.00 dollars on 3 separate orders and I get the round around for a 14.00 dress...My cousin told me to start shopping at Temu.
