SHEIN doesn’t have any customer service if you have a problem with your order and they use the bait and switch and give you what they have on hand to fill your order and it’s the same fabric but it’s a size too big or a different style of dress with same fabric and it’s clear when you order it says free returns but then you try to return or exchange and they say no because it’s a clearance item but when I ordered it didn’t say no returns or exchanges on these items it said I could return!!
