Ever since Shein partnered with Speed X they are TERRIBLE. After 3 packages never made it to me I will no longer be a loyal/frequent customer of Shein until they fire them. Never had this issue when they used USPS. Speed X will either lose your package, or provide fake proof of delivery photos that aren't your actual address. Customer service is terrible, very shady business. They are either stealing packages or completely incompetent.
