Customer service was awful. Would not allow returns within their stated policy. I would avoid purchasing items from this company. Because they sell clothing, you need to be able to return items that do not fit as expected. I followed the instructions that Shein provided in the response, but there is no way to reach a real person. It's just an automated system. It appears that this is a scripted response that Shein uses to make it look like they are responsive to customer concerns. Please be aware that they are not responsive and do not be fooled. Shein - if you really want to resolve the issue, I would be happy to speak or chat with a representative, but so far you have not provided that option to resolve the issue.
