I had to pay a return fee for damagged goods and at the end didn't get a refund at all. Tried with customer servise several times with no luck.
First they agreed to pay 20% return fee , and at the end that was a refund. I send 30, 40, 50? Complains with no effect and at the end they stopped answering at all...
So a damaged dress I returned cost me twice the price and I don't even have it. Or the money back.
I did get the money back for 3 items but took 2 month🤔 or more .
They won't see me ever again....
