Shein’s return/refund process sucks. Client has to prove by providing pictures that items don’t fit otherwise client can not file for return ! I have never seen anything like this anywhere! Then secondly refund is not full: SHEIN seems to be keeping some of return’s expense from your refund! So you are returning the items and they get to sell them again and keep the money from one item to cover for expense incurred?? In the end client sees that return/refund is not worth time or money and ends up keeping wrong items at a loss. But SHEIN will be biggest loser in the long run because client moves on. Shein is an incompetent greedy and dishonest name, people be warned!
