the worse customer service i ever deal with. 3 month ago i return some items i bought from SHEIN UAE. and by mistake my son gave them different clothes not belong to them and very expensive one (with label ) i called them immediately to aske them to return my clothes they take by mistake till now i call every week and make 10 complains and every time the customer service informed me "sorry no complain raised for you and he will raised one to the manger " every time same sentence . no action .they stole my clothes in their stores .
