I ordered few items and wanted to return without using it! They said they were on promotion ( I did not see any sign for that!!!) and cant be returned! I wrote them 10 times , finally they accepted only few of them for return. I have thrown them away and lost dollars 130!!!
It is not trustable customer service :(((
