My daughter back to school package was not delivered and SHEIN has no way of you contacting an agent the live agents does not help with anything so we suppose to just take a lost that’s not okay I don’t have money to waste i was going to order her a new one after my sister offered to get her a new one but there is no way to have us sign the package I can’t take another lost and something has to be done
SHEIN has to be sued because no is being held accountable including ups or usps no pictures no proof just robbery
