Shein split my order into 3 packages, 2 arrived OK but one is lost it seems. Evri does not have a tracking update for 1 week now snd nobody at Shein seems bothered. Nobody is helping. Nobody is trying to find out where my parcel is, nobody offered to send a replacement package. No phone number for them, chat doesn't work once you open a ticket but no update on the ticket either!
Yesterday finally someone from Evri got back to me admitting they "misplaced" my parcel. But what do Shein do? Instead of refunding or sending a replacement order they tell me to wait another weekfor the delivery that they said would come no later than 05/06!
