I placed an order with Shein for items I urgently needed for my holiday. The parcel was marked as “delivered,” but I never received it. I wasn’t home at the time of delivery, and no proof or photo was provided.
Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I received no meaningful support—just repeated requests for me to chase the courier. Let’s be clear: it’s Shein’s legal responsibility to resolve issues with their delivery partners, not the customer’s.
The lack of urgency, poor communication, and refusal to take responsibility has left me completely disappointed. I now have no time to reorder, no refund, and no resolution.
I’ve had no choice but to escalate this to Trading Standards and request a chargeback through my bank.
I won’t be ordering from Shein again, and I strongly advise others to think twice—especially if your order is time-sensitive or if you expect basic customer service when things go wrong.
