I placed an order with SHEIN at the beginning of July, and on 17th July Evri marked it as “out for delivery.” It’s now been stuck on that status for over 10 days with no updates. I contacted SHEIN customer service, and they were completely unhelpful. First, they told me to wait until 27th July. When that date came, they pushed it back again to 3rd August — still no parcel and no refund as promised. They keep delaying and giving me copy-paste responses, with no real investigation or resolution. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I won’t be ordering from SHEIN again. If your parcel gets lost, expect to fight just to get your money back.
