i ordered an item i got tracking number for fed ax and said delivered, but i didnt get it, i contact fedex and they say that on package was different address. i went back to shein, but instead of saying ok will take care they say that my address was on package, while fedex says it wasn't. i asked back my money or new package, they tell me they are making a whole investigation that takes time. this makes no sense. if you make mistake fix it dont say you didnt make mistake. never will i buy from them agein
