What did not go wrong. I placed three orders, and had returns on each. In order to avoid confusion I did the first return, took my package to the Evri shop and received an e mailing acknowledging to acknowledge this, then did my second and third returns. The system combined all three then printed a duplicate label for parcels 2 and 3, which I could not use and could not send my returns. Then they refused to process order 1 as they said there were items missing. After numerous e mails a refund was processed minus £28.91 as they said my coupon was no longer valid as the returns reduced the order amount. I am still unable to send back parcels 2 and 3 and they appear unable to sort this out. I shall give them a wide berth in future 😡
