It is the worst website to buy from honestly - Sent me a display fridge that was working for couple of weeks and then temp went up to 51 - provided videos and pictures to prove my point then they asked me to return it - it is a fridge not a t-shirt not to mention it took a while to get it and now I need to send it back so my business is hurting a lot because of that. I asked them to send a technician to fix it they said no, I asked them to give me discount, they offer me 50 points - do you know what a 50 points worth on their website !!! 50 cents not even a 1$ - it is a joke - never again even if I pay 2or 3 hundred dollars more - the worst experience.

OK, it came with a cardboard box and clear plastic bag that has nothing on it
so It is a fridge with glass sides are you sure plastic bag will be OK

You can use any package or box that you have. Your return and refund won’t be affected. We’ll still gladly accept the items even if the original SHEIN packaging aren’t included.
